Materials: Our facilities and procedures cover the welding of all
grades of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex,
Nickel and Copper Nickel Alloys.
Equipment/Processes: Welding processes used are MMA, TIG, MIG, SAW and Flux
Core.
Weld Procedures/Processes: We
currently have nearly 500 qualified weld procedures to
British, international or clientstandards:
BS4515 Part 1 and 2
ASME 1X
AWS D1.1
EEMUA 158
Capacity: Pipe diameters generally range from 1/2 ins to 48 ins
with no specific upper limit.
NDT, Hydrotesting and Painting: These are subcontracted to our established specialist
subcontractors.
Laser theodolite dimensional control:
Internal dimensional control as part of normal Quality
control procedures is performed where required using the above
equipment and results downloaded immediately onto computer for
processing.
Drawings and technical
Information: Information can be received and
processed using AutoCAD and PDF
files.
Final documentation: Full documentation can be provided on CD to
established image standards (PDF up to 400
dpi)
Photography & e-mail: High
quality digital photography is available to assist OIL/client
suppliers by rapid access to visual information particularly
where time or remoteness are factors. |
