Our custom built facility is contained within the Nord Centre at Aberdeen harbour. It is located adjacent to the deepwater berthing at Clipper Quay.

We provide a cost effective, integrated subsea package from inception to load out.

Fabrication, craneage, testing, storage, load out and sea fastening are all on the one secure 24 hour access site and project managed by OIL Engineering.

UNIT F, the main workshop provides an area of 17m x 35m with clearance of 6.5m up to two overhead cranes of 20Te and 10Te. The main doors are 12m wide.

Unit E provides a similar sized area and is serviced by 20Te crane. The doors are 8m wide. This unit is predominantly used for SIT testing on Manifolds.

Unit D 17m x 18m with clearance of 6.5m up to over head crane 10Te. The doors are 8m wide.

Unit M (not in picture) 42m x 18m with clearances of 6.5m up to two overhead cranes 10Te capacity. The doors are 8m wide. This unit can be used for fabricating subsea tie-in spools to near completion.

Unit J offices for both OIL Engineering personnel and client offices amounting to 200m²
